As a lifelong Wisconsinite, I’ve used my law degree to fight against government bureaucrats who want to stomp on your freedoms. With experience at the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, the Institute for Reforming Government, and now my own specialized appellate law firm, I’ve fought:
- to keep schools and small businesses open during the COVID lockdowns;
- to expose and dismantle destructive government DEI programs;
- to eliminate the gender madness in our classrooms;
- to protect hunting and gun rights;
- to defend your ability to worship and speak freely;
- to safeguard election integrity.
As the father of four young children, I won’t be the type of judge who rewrites laws to coddle violent criminals. When Governor Evers started releasing convicted criminals into the streets, I fought in court for the transparency needed to keep our families safe—and won.

- Invalidating Governor Evers’ unconstitutional partial vetoes
- Forcing the Department of Natural Resources to hold a wolf hunt
- Reversing Dane County’s illegal COVID-era order shutting down private schools
- Vindicating a college student’s right to distribute religious literature on campus
- Exposing UW-Madison’s racially discriminatory faculty hiring program
- Launching the award-winning IRG Center for Investigative Oversight
- Compelling Wisconsin’s Secretary of State to reform her public records policy.
